Our Mission

Cascadia Clubhouse is working to build a more equitable community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by fostering social connections and personal growth through the arts, recreational activities, and enrichment programming. We'd be honored to have you join us.

Our Members

Our program in Skagit and Snohomish Counties, Washington are open to adults (18 and over) with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We believe everyone deserves to be supported, regardless of their needs. If you need assistance with daily activities like feeding, toileting, or mobility, you're welcome to bring a caregiver along.

Our Activities

We offer arts & crafts, karaoke, and even drama/Glee. From science experiments to fun facts, we keep things interesting. Join us for monthly dances, exercise routines, hiking, and enjoy healthy treats throughout the day. Or, just hang out with your friends for a visit.

Cascadia Clubhouse hosts Color Pin Bowling every Tuesday from 1:00pm - 4:00pm! Come win prizes for leaving one color pin left standing.

Riverside Lanes

Drop-off no earlier than: 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Games: 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Pick-up no later than: 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Cost: $30, billable to respite. Includes 2 hours of unlimited bowling and shoe rentals. Bowlers may order food from the restaurant if they bring extra money.

My son/daughter has dietary issues. I don't want anyone else giving them a snack. Can I send food with them?

Oh yes, please do! We do not ever want to risk the safety of our members, so if your son/daughter has dietary restrictions, we ask you to please send a snack or lunch with them that they can eat.

How do I know my son/daughter will even want to go to Cascadia Clubhouse?

We suggest just dropping by one of our activities with your son/daughter. You do not need an appointment and you will not be charged. Come see what we do and how much fun we have! You can see if Cascadia Clubhouse is a good fit for your son/daughter before filling out the registration form.

I don't know if I can leave my son/daughter. I'm not sure that they will behave. Can I stay with them?

Absolutely! You can join in the fun or sit off to the side. We want you both to be comfortable.

Do I need to set an appointment to attend?

Not at all. We are a drop-in program, so come whenever you are able. And you don't need to call us if you're not coming.

Can I attend all locations and dances even if they're not close to me?

Yes, once registered you can attend any location or activity. Drop on in! We'd love to see you.
